Continued Care
After care support plans are as equally important as initial treatment programs. Becoming a member of Serenity locks you into our community long after your residential program ends. We understand that the challenges do not stop after being released from residential care, that is why we have worked equally hard on our after care support programs, put in place to continue to be present for our members in times of difficulty.
Support will never be denied. We have your back for life, because what good would a "foundation" be if it abandoned its own?
Life-long Support
Post-graduation planning
Near the end of the program, graduation is not complete until members sit down and plan with counsellors action plans for future success.
Emergency Support
Members are provided a phone number for emergency situations, and shall be picked-up and provided a bedroom for one night if ever necessary.
Check-ins
Members will be required to have long-term check-in plans with their counsellors following graduation
Serenity Family
Once a member, always a member. We regularly hold group events for all past and present members. Picnics, retreats and ski trips to name a few.
